Returns are accepted if the items ordered are not as described or are damaged in any way, if said damage is not inflicted by the customer, intentionally or otherwise.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and include any additional items it came with, including packaging, laces, accessories, etc.
There are certain situations where exchanges are not granted:
- Product with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or credited to your account in the event of an exchange, within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we assume you already checked your bank account, but please do so once again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, and confirm there is no delay or hold on their end, as it may take some time before your refund is processed and officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send us an email.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged for their full retail value. Sale items will be exchanged for their current sale value. Items purchased with a discount, coupon, or promo code are not considered sale items, and are still eligible for a full retail value exchange if all other conditions are met.
We will replace items only if they are damaged. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with all included items. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping, if not free, will be deducted from your refund, which includes the difference in value between the items if applicable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If the item(s) you are shipping costs over $20, you should consider using a shipping service which offers tracking numbers or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
